The 8-week individual coaching for working moms program is made to help you manage mom’s guilt, reduce overwhelm, learn delegating and create practical solutions that make it easier to balance your career and motherhood.

With these tools, you’ll be able to maintain your energy, reduce burnout, and approach both your career and motherhood with renewed focus and calm.
