Space for moms to think, feel, and learn.
Blending psychology, research, and lived experience, I use The Insight Room as a space to learn, think and feel on the real questions of modern motherhood: from relationships with your adult children to understanding longevity, AI, sexuality, menopause, and women’s wellbeing.
It’s important that we, as women, talk about the things that matter to us. If something feels important to me, chances are you’re going through something similar too. When we share our experiences, we remind each other that we’re not alone, and that in itself is powerful. That’s something we owe each other. Whether it’s the challenges of raising a teenager, tapping into the unfamiliar of being an empty nester, learning about perimenopause and menopause, going through career choices and setbacks, or figuring out how to build, repair, and maintain relationships: with other women, our partners, colleagues, or our adult children. These are the conversations that bring us closer and make things feel a little less heavy.
