Public Speaking & Workshops on Women's Behaviour, Ambition and Identity

Public Speaking

We talk a lot about empowering women. A little less about why we sometimes make life harder for one another.

Research-informed talks and workshops exploring the psychology, history and social expectations behind women's behaviour, ambition, motherhood and the way we see ourselves.

Expect uncomfortable questions, brutally recognisable real-life stories, some laughs and hopefully a few ideas that stay with your audience long after the event.

Psychology, history, real life. And a few uncomfortable laughs.

I'm Žaneta Intaitė, an educator, public speaker and psychology-informed consultant for women, and the founder of MotherhoodGuide.com.

My academic background is in Educology and Social Pedagogy, and I'm currently continuing my studies in Psychology at the University of Essex. Alongside academia, I bring years of experience in business, marketing, motherhood and starting over in different countries.

I've spoken to audiences in Vilnius, Athens and Prague, exploring the questions we don't always feel comfortable asking: Why do women sometimes compete with one another when they could be challenging the structures that limit them? Why are we so good at celebrating women's achievements in theory, but occasionally less enthusiastic when another woman gets the recognition we wanted? And why do we continue measuring ourselves against expectations we didn't necessarily choose?

I bring psychological research, history, cultural context and real-life experience into these conversations. Not to tell women how to live their lives, but to give them something worth questioning. And, preferably, something to laugh about.

THE SPEECHES

The Squid Game of Womanhood and the One-Chair Trap

This 20-minute keynote asks a simple question: What changes when we stop treating visibility, success, influence, and respect as limited resources?

In this speech, we’ll learn:

In this provocative and funny talk, we will explore why and how women compete, what to do when jealousy shows up, and what happens when generations of women are taught that space, recognition and opportunity are limited. I move between psychology, history and brutally recognisable real-life stories to unpack the difference between competing upwards and competing sideways. I also introduce one surprisingly small thing we can all do differently. This is not a talk about women becoming declarative nicer to each other. It is about noticing the game, questioning the rules and making conscious decision whether we still want to play.

❖ This session is for women who are ready to practise female solidarity, not just talk about it.

Public Speaking

Congratulations, You're Doing It All. How's That Superwoman Burnout Treating You?

This talk is for women who are praised for doing it all on their own, and who have learned to wear exhaustion like a badge of honor, often without realising the cost it holds.

In this speech, we’ll learn:

how working hard has been historically glorified for women, and how that pride is rooted in emotional patterns passed down through generations. I share why I stopped proudly saying that I raised my daughter alone. We unpack the emotional drive behind “I’ll just do it myself,” why delegating can feel so uncomfortable, and how to start sharing responsibility without losing control or self-worth. Most importantly, this talk looks at the hidden message we send to our children when we insist on carrying everything alone, and why it’s not the lesson we think it is.

❖ Only for those who are ready to give themselves permission to stop carrying everything alone.

I Love My Children, But I Don’t Want Them to Need Me Forever

What if success as a mother isn’t about being there every minute, but about raising a child who can live on their own? This talk isn’t about perfect parenting. It’s about raising emotionally secure, financially aware, and independent humans who are fully prepared for real life.

In this speech, we’ll learn:

how to help children feel, name, and regulate their emotions; why financial awareness should start long before adulthood.
We’ll explore the role parents play in guiding children toward studies and careers, how to prepare kids for healthy future relationships, and how parental ego can quietly keep children dependent.

❖ Only for moms who are brave enough to let them grow

Growth doesn’t happen

by wishing harder

it happens by learning something new.

I don’t believe another motivational quote, a promise of becoming a new woman in 30 days, or being told to believe in ourselves a little harder is going to change very much.

But understanding where our behaviours come from, how our assumptions are shaped and what psychological research actually tells us? Now that’s a much more interesting place to start.

That’s what I bring to the stage: research, historical and cultural perspectives, real-life stories and a bit of humour. Because even the most uncomfortable truths are sometimes easier to discuss after a good laugh.

Sharing what we know, what we have learned, and what we have experienced is one of the most powerful ways women can lift each other up.

I surely don’t know everything, but by adding my little to your little, we all grow a little more!
