a space for women to think, question and make sense of change
Psychology, research, lived experience and practical reflection on the changes that shape women’s lives: motherhood, relationships, career, midlife, identity and the roles we grow into and out of.
It’s important that we, as women, talk about the things that matter to us. If something feels important to me, chances are you’re going through something similar too. When we share our experiences, we remind each other that we’re not alone, and that in itself is powerful. That’s something we owe each other. Whether it’s the challenges of raising a teenager, tapping into the unfamiliar of being an empty nester, learning about perimenopause and menopause, going through career choices and setbacks, or figuring out how to build, repair, and maintain relationships: with other women, our partners, colleagues, or our adult children. These are the conversations that bring us closer and make things feel a little less heavy.
