A Little About Me
It takes a village to raise a child, they say. But in today’s world, many of us don’t have that village. We live in big cities or move from place to place, just as I have. So we need to create our own. Every mom deserves her tribe, a circle of support. Whether you’re a single mom, an empty nester, a working mom, or rediscovering yourself after your children have grown, you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to help you create that space for yourself.
I’m Zaneta Intaite, originally from Lithuania, a place that holds deep roots in my heart. After going through a difficult divorce, I knew it was time for a fresh start. So, with my teenage daughter by my side, we packed up and left Lithuania behind, moving to Malta. It was a leap into the unknown, but I believe real change happens when you take charge of your own story and open yourself to learning what you didn’t know before.
Now, as my daughter begins her medical studies in Central Europe, I have moved again, this time to Greece, a place full of history, fresh air, and kind people.
Not only have I changed countries again, but I have also returned to my academic roots. I am now pursuing a Master’s in Psychology as a valuable addition to my background in Educology, along with my professional qualification as a Social Pedagogue. I have also completed a course in child psychological development at Stanford University.
Alongside my formal education, I bring years of hands-on experience as a single mother, mentor, public speaker and parenting educator, learning not only from academic programs but also from real-life challenges and from supporting mothers worldwide.
Through my online mentoring programs for moms, I aim to help women grow, not just as caregivers, but as confident, modern women who continue evolving after their children grow up, reinvent themselves, pursue their professional ambitions, and live fully.
My own path through motherhood has been anything but straightforward. From a high-risk pregnancy to navigating the emotional challenges of postpartum body changes, self-doubt, and suffocating perfectionism – I’ve experienced it all.
Later came another major transition: a difficult divorce, emigration, and the adjustment to life as a single mother with a teenager in a new country; sharing parenting challenges with my now fiancé, pursuing my career, and working long hours. And now, I find myself becoming an empty nester, approaching perimenopause, and rediscovering my identity after the hands-on motherhood is over.
Throughout it all, I’ve learned that motherhood is never predictable, and the idea of “having it all together” is a myth.
Through my personal experiences, I have come to understand the importance of self-care, emotional resilience, and boundaries. I know firsthand how isolating, overwhelming, and confusing motherhood can feel at times. But I also know that there is always a way forward, no matter what challenges arise.

My online sessions for moms is not about quick fixes, deep therapies or magic shamanisms. It’s about learning (actually studying) to understand yourself and building better relationships with your loved ones without declining yourself.
My sessions for moms benefit:
- Moms who are feeling so focused on everyone else that they’ve forgotten about their own needs, passions, femininity, and sense of self.
- Empty nesters who spent years focused on managing their children’s lives and now feel lost, lonely, and disconnected.
- Moms of adults seeking to remain relevant, respectful, and helpful as they continue to support their adult children in adulthood.
- Moms going through significant life transitions like divorce, emigration, or career changes.
- Working moms trying to balance motherhood and career demands.
- Women feeling unsupported, lonely, unseen, overworked, and underappreciated.
