Psychology-Based Consultations for Women in Life Changes
If you feel stuck in your career, motherhood, or relationships.
If you’re stretched between work, family, your own needs and motherhood responsibilities.
If you feel lost after divorce, in an empty nest, or menopause.
I’ve spent over a decade learning what really helps us women in these moments, and I’m here to share it with you.
Why Women Choose Working With Me
I’m Žaneta Intaite, a mom, expat (twice), a former divorcee and single mom, fiancée, empty nester, mentor, and parenting educator. I’ve been consulting women for over 15 years, starting with young female entrepreneurs and later expanding into motherhood and womanhood mentoring.
I am now pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology. I hold a university diploma in Social Education and have completed the Stanford Child Development: Behavior and Mental Health program at Stanford Medicine Health Education, expanding my work with both my personal experience and academic, psychology based knowledge.
As a business owner and mentor, I focus on the challenges many mothers face: to build leadership in male-dominated business environments, advocate for themselves and other women, overcome imposter syndrome, release guilt around work and family, and find peace in changes that are unavoidable, such as empty nest, midlife, menopause.
How Do the Consultations For women Work?
..and what to expect?
After our free intro call, we’ll begin weekly online video sessions (45 minutes/session), where we will speak openly, judgement free, confidentially and focus entirely on your needs: your goals, challenges, life situation, and the changes you wish to make. I do not coach your children or spouses; our work is focused on you and you alone.
Additionally, you will receive ongoing support through regular reminders and follow-ups between sessions, helping you stay on track and continue making progress toward your goals.
My style is fun, relatable, and thought-provoking. I mix education, real-life experience, and historical-cultural insight to challenge your outdated believes.
I do not provide medical advice or diagnoses. If you are dealing with deeper mental health concerns, I will recommend seeking specialised support.
